Katie is the queen bee at The Bee-stro, often doing admin but hopefully popping into the kitchen, she aims to keep things running smoothly. Spot her typing or rushing about the shop!

Pam is a manager here at The Bee-stro. Fairly new to the restaurant business, she is always up for a chat. Spot her reading on a white chair or chatting to a guest!

As a sous chef, Ocean runs our morning shift and pastry department. They are fun and creative, always dancing and keeping everyone motivated. You can spot them in the kitchen! 

Milimo runs the evening shift at The Be--stro, with a background in fine dining and a huge passion for food, he puts his heart into every plate and the result is usually perfection! Spot him plating up a storm on the pass.

You will always see Leo smiling, even in the weeds! As CDP, Leo supports our sous every step of the way. He is a calming force in the kitchen, keeping everyone going. You can spot him grilling your breakfast or steak sandwich!

Kat may be small but she is a firecracker! As a CDP, she is one step behind our sous, anticipating the next order. She is often getting everything sorted behind the scenes. Spot her moving quickly around the kitchen!

Immarah is a pastry lover. From cakes to bread mastery, she is an organised baker and every one of her products is delicious. Spot her kneading some dough or icing a cake!

No one is more organised in the kitchen than Lolo. If you see a neat labelled container, you know it was him! Always eager to learn and grow you can spot Lorenzo doing prep in the kitchen!

Nasiphi is a new chef, but she is learning fast. Bringing a silly and light energy to the kitchen, Nasiphi is keen to learn a new dish or technique. Spot her mixing or cooking at the back of the kitchen!

The captain of coffee, Levi is in charge of our intrepid team of baristas. Dedicated to the perfect cup, Levi is usually using his scale to get the perfect shot. You can spot Levi behind the coffee machine!

An attentive barista, Zac will always give extra attention to your coffee or drink. Always with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye you can spot Zac behind the bar!

Byron is a friendly face to welcome you to The Bee-stro. He loves animals, plants and a little chat. Spot him checking on the plants in the restaurant!

An experienced waitress, Mel is always ready to give you the best service. She has great dish recommendations and will rush to get your drinks. Spot Mel smiling and laughing with guests in the restaurant!

Dioleen is an aspiring diva. She has high standards for herself and her co-workers and is always striving for a great experience. Spot her looking great at the doors of the restaurant!

Experienced and excitable, Patience is incredibly bubbly. She is very keen to make sure you have an excellent experience. Spot her smiling in the restaurant!

If vivascious was a person. Prisca is full of life and always has something to say. Always in the action spot Prisca chatting with guests on the piazza!

She may seems quiet at first, but trust me Tina has a lot to say. From her favourite dish on the menu to her best cocktail, spot Tina chatting up a storm!

Also known as mama, Nokozola is one of our scullers but also wants to learn everything in the kitchen. Spot her scrubbing in the back of the kitchen!

Fefe is beautiful inside and out. Always well put together, she is keen to help in any area that needs her. Find Fefe giggling in the kitchen!

Sindy is chief organiser. Constantly finding space for thing when there is no space left, Sindy can always be relied on to sort it out. Spot Sindy making a plan in the scullery!
